OUR RETURN POLICY

At The North Fork Apothecary, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction.

Store credit is offered within 7 days of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and in original condition with the original tags attached. Tags that have been cut off or pinned will not be accepted. We do not offer refunds in form of original payment or price adjustments.

All sale merchandise, pre-orders, personal orders, markdown items, accessories, jewelry, swimwear, lingerie, books, fragrances, cosmetics, skin care and gift certificates are final sale.

Store credit cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and will never expire or deteriorate over time.

We retain the right to deny exchange or store credit if merchandise purchased does not meet the return policy requirements.

For online purchases, we offer a store credit for full price items within 7 days of the original ship date.  All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and in original condition with the original tags attached. If you are mailing back item(s), please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and we must receive your item(s) back within 14 days from the day your original order was shipped. As soon as we receive your item(s), we will contact you via email and get you set up with a store credit to use towards future purchases.

REGARDING HOME GOODS

Most of our home goods (such as Canvas Home, Nambé, GUAXS and Tensira) are handcrafted. Due to the nature of the products, there may be slight variations in size, color, texture and finish. These are not considered flaws, and just represent a part of a unique handcrafted product. Thus, we are not able to accept returns for home goods.
